About the ECJ TA Program
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is providing Technical Assistance to communities under the Environmental and Climate Justice Grant Program (ECJ Program). This program provides grant funding and support to the most adversely and disproportionately impacted communities working to address climate and environmental justice challenges.
Communities under the ECJ Program can take advantage of support and services from EnDyna and its partners free of charge. This applies to grantees under the following programs:
- Collaborative Problem-Solving Program (CPS)
- Community Change Grants Program (CCG)
- Government-to-Government Program (G2G)
- Thriving Communities Grantmaking Program (TCGM)
Technical Assistance
Eligible communities and organizations can take advantage of Technical Assistance (TA) support for all aspects of their ECJ work. Some examples include:
- Budget oversight and compliance
- Construction practices
- Outreach events
- Grant management
- Reporting requirements
- Quality standards
See our full menu of services here.

Eligible Entities
Eligible entities under ECJ Program grants can be a selected community-based nonprofit organization (CBO) or a partnership between an Indian tribe (federally recognized), a local government, or an institution of higher education and a CBO, or a partnership of CBOs.
All eligible entities must also represent or work in a disadvantaged community as defined by their program requirements.
